Job Description
WALB-TV is located in Albany, Ga. WALB hit in in 1954 and is the first station owned by the Gray Communications. Mr. James H Gray is the founding father of the station and the Company. WALB is licensed as an NBC and ABC affiliate as well as The CW. WALB also offers Southwest Ga. viewers programming from Bounce and The Circle network. WALB operates satellite stations in both the Valdosta Cable area and the Thomasville, Cairo, Bainbridge and Camilla cable area.

Job Summary/Description:

Responsible for General Office duties such as accounting, accounts payable and HR.

? Human Resources
? Accounts Receivable
? Accounts Payable
? Safety Coordinator
? As well as other duties to include but not limited to, maintaining station office supplies, maintaining EEO files, and maintaining station FCC File and keeping it up to date


Requirements
? Must have a valid Drivers license
? Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
? Ability to pass drug test and background check
? Ability to stay up to date on HR requirements as well as FCC requirements for Broadcast TV stations
