Provides skilled & general maintenance support to the East and West Campuses, to include, HVAC and Electrical, and any other job duties assign to maintain and support the facilities at both campuses.  
Training and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED. 5 to 7 years of related experience. State License Preferred in HVAC and/or Electrical , Refrigerant Recovery Certification. Requires general knowledge of various craft areas.  
Testing Requirements:
 
Illustrative Examples of Work:
Provides service for mechanical and electrical devices; performs basic preventive maintenance; provides support for projects involving HVAC and repair, refrigeration, electrical repair, and installation of suspended ceilings. Assists specialized skilled craft employees in complex projects. Will require using computers in the following areas, HVAC & Electrical controls, work request, Preventive maintenance. Operate equipment such as 50ft areal man lift, back hoes, also be able to use all test equipment and tools necessary to perform trouble shooting and repairs in the HVAC and Electrical trades. Performs any other job duties as assigned by Facilities as required.

Physical Demands
Ability to perform physical labor to include but not limited to lifting, pushing/pulling objects up to 50 pounds, climbing and working from ladders and performing manual labor tasks for extended periods. Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Must be able to use all test equipment in the HVAC and Electrical field.
