Serve as primary point of contact for incoming work order requests to the Resident Housing Department and Interface with requesters to gather detailed information in order to better understand the nature and requirements of their request. Direct requests to appropriate personnel on East and West campuses.  
Training and Experience:
A two year degree or a technical school diploma preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in a general office environment required. Must be willing to take additional training to enhance and learn new skills. Possess basic traits of honesty, integrity, loyalty, confidentially, and avoidance of conflicts of interest situations. Ability to work within the overall organization of Resident Housing and work with skilled and unskilled personnel and administrators.

The Workflow/QC Coordinator is responsible for receiving work order requests, and dispatching requests in the SchoolDude work order system to the appropriate service area within Resident Housing Department (East and West Campuses) for completion in a timely manner. Maintains the status of in-process work orders upon completion of work order task, is responsible for inputting data to close out job; Files and maintains Facility Maintenance Data, performs and maintains work order records, notes, prepares letters, tables, reports, forms, memoranda, and other material for Housing Maintenance Staff. Generates weekly and monthly work order reports and submits to the inter-departmental superintendents and director. Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
