With a history spanning over 50 years, the museum presents various exhibitions each year in three different gallery spaces. Our exhibition program is designed to reflect diverse cultures, periods, aesthetic styles, and movements. The Albany Museum of Art houses an impressive permanent collection, which includes one of the largest collections of sub-Saharan African art in the Southeast.
Admission is free but donations are welcome.
