The Cedric House is a historic home purchased for the purpose of providing convenient, all inclusive, temporary lodging for traveling professionals. Whether the stay is one week or multiple months, this beautiful historic property provides all of the comfort and safety of home. It is approximately 4,000 square feet on .97 acres of land and offers three-four, private suites. Each suite consists of a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and a separate sitting/office area thus allowing the guest a place to relax or work separate from his/her sleeping quarters. This property serves as a convenient and prime location to the Liberty Expressway, local restaurants, grocers, and recreational activities. In addition to the Cedric House property, Southern Premier Suites offers extended stay lodging at several other properties.
