Strive2Thrive is a life-changing initiative to bring community support and resources to people who desire to get out of poverty. By providing a ''hand-up, not a hand-out'', Strive2Thrive uses every available resource to move Albany families into self-sufficiency by providing incentives, coaching, training, and technical assistance. By partnering with community organizations and local businesses, Strive2Thrive brings all people together to help families move from poverty to prosperity.
