BROTHER'S KEEPER FILM SLATED TO OPEN IN ALBANY, GA JULY 10, 2015

Desert Wind Films presents its highly anticipated feature film Brother's Keeper. Slated to open in Albany, Ga. (Carimike - Wynnsong 16) on July 10, the flagship production is directed by Josh Mills and TJ Amato and stars Alex and Graham Miller, Daniel Samonas (iCarly, Wizards of Waverly Place), Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy) MacKenzie Mauzy (Into the Woods), Ray Wise (How I Met Your Mother), W. Earl Brown (True Detective), Noell Coet, Robyn Lively and country music artist, Travis Tritt. Brother's Keeper follows the story of two orphaned identical twins, Pete and Andy and tells the riveting story about the uncertainty of life and the struggle to forgive the unforgivable sin: murder. In the fall of 2013, the movie was shown at 11 select locations as part of a "sneak peek" week long release. With sold out showings, Brother's Keeper boasted a successful opening weekend at the box office averaging over $11,000 per screen (including SEATZY presales), beating out national films including Ender's Game, About Time,  Last Vegas and Free Birds. The film placed high among all films in the entire industry behind Dallas Buyer's Club and 12 Years A Slave.
