Porterfield's 29th Annual Candle Lighting Services December 14, 2014, 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary Featuring the Chancel Choir and the Canticum Novum chamber choir, accompanied by the Albany Symphony Orchestra Christmas Anthems, Christmas Carols, plus featured major work, the 'Magnificat' for chorus and soloists by Giovanni Pergolesi Conducted by the church's new Director of Music, Dr. Marc Boensel Admission is free - please bring non-perishable food items to donate to the homeless. This is a community event...a Christmas Gift from the church to the community.
