Far Series Part 1 Why It's Important and How To Use It

It is STRONGLY recommended that you attend GTPAC's "Introduction to Government Contracting" BEFORE attending this class. This is NOT an entry-level course. This training session acquaints businesses who are interested in winning federal contracts with the applicable rules. You will learn how the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is structured and where to find the rules appropriate to your contracting interests. You will also learn about federal supplements to the FAR, how to search and interpret the FAR, and why understanding the FAR is important for anyone who wants to win a federal contract.
