Outreach & Enrollment Community Family Day

Join Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc. and many other local vendors as we host a community fun day for families. There will be great fun and entertainment for all ages. AAPHC will also be providing on site education and enrollment for the Health Care Exchange Insurance Program. Certified Application Counselors will be on site to answer questions or assist with enrollment.
