Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help provide the tools for Caregivers to take care of themselves while caring for an older relative, spouse or friend. This three-week course meets twice per week and includes the following topics: Taking care of YOURSELF, reducing stress and negative emotions, effective communication, making tough decisions, setting goals, problem solving.
