Sip, Bloom & Grow - an Alzheimer's Awareness Social

Sip, Bloom, and Grow is a community Alzheimer's Association Awareness Social hosted by Oaks at Oakland Plantation in partnership with Walk to End Alzheimer's, a fundraising and awareness program of the Alzheimer's Association. This uplifting event brings together professionals, community partners and neighbors to learn, connect, and support local efforts to advance brain health and the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Guest will enjoy light bites, signature cocktails, and guided tours of the community of Oaks at Oakland plantation as an on-the-ground resource for dementia care while exploring educational resources, local support programs, and opportunities to get involved. This will serve as a Company Kickoff Event for Walk to End Alzheimer's.
