Summer Robotics Enrichment Academy
SASET has been designed to introduce minority and disadvantaged students to the field of Engineering Technology. Research has shown the field of Engineering is vastly underrepresented by these students and members of the workforce in our regions. Therefore, SASET was created with the intent to bride this gap.
In conjunction with Albany Technical College SASET wil be holding its Summer Enrichment program which will assist enrolled high school juniors and seniors as well as non traditional students in the following areas.
Robotic Design
Participate in Robotics Competitions
Learn to Troubleshoot and Solve Problesm
Improve math skills
Enhance Self-Esteem
Exposure to College Workshops and Industry Representatives
