Invitation to Participate: Mental Health First Aid Training – January 24, 2026

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a Mental Health First Aid Training designed for community members, partners, and anyone in the Albany Metropolitan Statistical Area who is interested in strengthening mental health awareness and response skills.

This training is a collaboration between Morehouse School of Medicine and Atlanta AHEC with dissemination from our partners at United Way of SW GA, to provide participants with practical tools to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Attendees will learn how to build the skills and confidence needed to reach out to individuals who may be struggling and offer appropriate initial support.
