About Us

CNI is a stock held corporation that has been supporting and supplying independently owned agricultural retailers for over 40 years. The primary divisions of the company are agricultural protection products, adjuvants and surfactants, seed and seed treatments, and CNI Agriminerals. There are presently 290 owner members with approximately 365 retail locations operating in 26 states and Puerto Rico. Our operations stretch from the West Coast of the US to the East Coast, linking many similar agricultural markets.

CNI’s primary mission is to support independent ag retailers so that they are able to compete and profit in their local markets. By developing alliances with strategic manufacturing suppliers, CNI is able to provide marketing strength and direction. CNI will continue to be a relevant part of American agriculture as we evolve and grow according to the needs of our owners and suppliers.
